Important Information Meeting Date Changes in January and January Club Closing UNTIL FURTHER Notice
Important Information:
Since the club will be closed for the new ballroom floor replacement in January, the following dates have changes:
Board Meeting will be on 1/17/22
General Meeting will be on 1/19/22
Your club is replacing the entire ballroom floor and will be closed starting January 1st, 2022 until further notice. 
Volunteers Needed to Move Tables and Chairs in Ballroom take down drapes and dismantle stage
In preparation for our new ballroom floor,
Volunteers are needed to help
move tables and chairs, take down drapes,
and dismantle the stage.
Sunday, January 2nd at 2 pm.
For those helping dismantle the stage,
please bring gloves and a crowbar if you have them.
Depending on the number of helpers that show up,
it shouldn’t take more than 2 or 3 hours.
As always, your help is greatly appreciated!
