Volunteers Needed to Move Tables and Chairs in Ballroom take down drapes and dismantle stage

In preparation for our new ballroom floor,
Volunteers are needed to help
move tables and chairs, take down drapes,
and dismantle the stage. 
Sunday, January 2nd at 2 pm.
For those helping dismantle the stage,
please bring gloves and a crowbar if you have them.
  Depending on the number of helpers that show up,
it shouldn’t take more than 2 or 3 hours.
